VFD CONTROL PANEL
A VFD Control Panel (Variable Frequency Drive Control Panel) is a specialized electrical enclosure that contains VFDs and their associated control elements to manipulate the speed, torque, and rotation direction for AC motors. VFDs are used throughout industrial automation for applications where energy efficient motor control and savings are necessary; examples include: pumps, fans, conveyors, mixers, and HVAC systems.
VFD control panels allow the user to control motor speed, acceleration, deceleration of the motor(s); which translates to performance of the process, reduction of mechanical stress to both motors and other electromechanical devices downstream. The VFD panel attempts to stabilize the output to the AC motor by controlling voltage and frequency to keep the motor running efficiently. In addition, when controlling pumps, mixers, and conveyors, it helps to extend typical life expectancy of the equipment that they drive.
Product Description
This custom engineered VFD control panel contains high
quality VFD's from manufacturers such as Siemens, ABB, Allen-Bradley,
Schneider Electric, and Delta. These panels will include overload
relays, contactors, circuit breakers, filters, cooling, and optional
HMI's. These panels are designed for safety, ruggedness, and maintenance
friendliness.
We offer fully integrated systems combining VFD's with PLC's and both
remote monitoring and communication interfaces (Modbus, Ethernet/IP,
Profibus, etc.). Whether a standalone complete motor control or a fully
automated drive system, our VFD panels deliver trouble-free reliable,
scalable solutions specific to your industrial needs.
